It's been a while since I posted, so I'm excited to put up today's image taken while kayaking on Swimming River. The birds and willows were beautiful and morning reflections added a little oomph. :-)

Hanging out down by Marine Park, and there were so many jellyfish swimming in the Navesink River today. They are such cool lookiing creatures, so graceful, yet slightly scary.

My family and I joined our neighbor's at the annual Dog Days because we love animals, but don't actually have any dogs. We definitely weren't the only people down there that didn't own dogs, many came just for the animal-friendly environment. A beautiful event! Even Mayor Pasquale Menna attended with his dog, as shown below.

I was driving through the city during the beginnings of a snow storm, hoping for some interesting shots, and I saw this squirrel dive into a dumpster, and hop back out with a bagel in it's mouth. I quickly jumped out of my car and tried to catch a few shots before he scampered away. Only a Jersey squirrel would go dumpster diving for a bagel
